Experience the thrill and excitement of the Pro Football Hall of Fame without making the trip to Canton, Ohio! Gridiron Glory: The Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame will kick off Saturday, Feb. 3, Super Bowl weekend, at the Putnam Museum & Science Center.
Gridiron Glory is the most extensive and comprehensive traveling exhibit ever done on America’s most popular sport, offering an immersive fan experience. Putnam visitors will have access to the best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame's vast holdings — including 200 artifacts, rare photos and one-of-a-kind documents.
The 6,000 square-foot exhibit features spectacular footage from NFL Films' unparalleled film archives and a series of interactive exhibits that challenge both mind and body. It will also include a 500-square-foot area dedicated to the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers.
Gridiron Glory will showcase storylines focusing on a range of subjects, from the societal impact of the sport to the science behind the game. Inspirational stories of the game’s pioneers, great players, coaches and circumstances of play will unfold throughout.
While the Quad Cities was home to one of the first professional football teams, this touring exhibit's stop in Davenport is one of the few times this interactive multimedia experience will be brought to a metropolitan area not home to an NFL franchise.
